The importance of health care can never be overestimated. In short, a bar of chocolate contains exactly the aforementioned quantity of calories, but can you really fuel all day on this one bar and a lot of water? This is a sure way to earning gastritis and then, in the long view, ulcer of stomach, which won't help your health at all.

On the other hand, eating three well-balanced, hot meals a day will keep your digestive system quite safe and healthy. Apart from calories, it is important to count fats, carbs and cholesterol. Some people, especially those who are currently experimenting with a weight loss diet or two, tend to lean towards extracting all of the above from their ration completely, which is also dead wrong. Fats and carbs are essential to our body functions, it is just that their amount has to be constantly regulated and some boundaries never overstepped.

Diet nutrition is not about torturing and exhausting your body, it's about helping it work better. If you only eat bland, untasty foods that do nothing for your body and soul you're in danger of developing anorexy. If you have already stressed your organism with an inconvenient diet, undo the damage by consulting your physician and/or a nutritionist about healthy nutrition supplements available in local drugstores.
